Biography
David Chapman, a Georgia native, received a Bachelor's degree in architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1963. He began his Broadway career in 1969 with his designs for Red, White, and Maddox. He has since designed more than 30 stage productions and has also acted as production designer and art director for several movie projects and television specials.
