Further information
Created at the Bauhaus, Moholy-Nagy's geometric Konstruktionen is a study of the interaction of planes on a two-dimensional surface. By carefully modulating the tonalities, the artist suggests planes intersecting and lying on top of other forms. The McNay's impression is a particularly brilliant one in pristine condition.
