This Katsina, a favorite among all the Pueblo Katsina ceremonies, appear in a group that sings melodious songs while distributing gifts to the children—Katsina dolls, baskets, and dance wands for girls, prayer sticks and rattles for boys. Their purpose is to bring rain to help the crops grow.
