Further information
Li'l Abner paved the way for You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown on Broadway in 1971. In his design for the revival, David Gallo moved scenery and props from left to right to suggest the frame-by-frame narrative of Charles M. Schulz's Peanuts comic strip.
