Ballet with music by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsokov and choreography by Michel Fokine. Premiered by Diaghilev's Ballets Russes at the Théâtre National de l'Ópera, Paris, 1910. Principal dancers included Ida Rubinstein as Zobeide and Vaslav Nijinsky as the Favorite Slave.
